WHAT OUR PRIORITIES ARE
The activities of the Village Meeting are formulated to deal with the maintenance of the Village/ Protection of the Conservation Area/ Liaison with Public and Statutory Organisations/ Conservation of the Environment/ Dealing with Planning Matters and matters of concern and interest to the residents of Apethorpe.

HOW WE MAKE OUR DECISIONS
Decisions are made at the Village Meetings against items placed on the agenda by Residents of the Village. Proposals are voted on in public meetings by Residents who are on the Electoral roll. Meetings are conducted in accordance with the published” Terms of Reference for the Apethorpe Village Meeting”
